Just thought I’d share my favorite charm on the new bracelet from my hub… It’s a puppy! How adorable is this? It even has a little circle around it’s eye. Love…ย

I’ve been getting spoiled with all these pup sessions recently. I love it. On Sunday I got to meet a sweet little black pug named Bentley. He was a bit more ‘affectionate’ than I anticipated. Ha. But seriously, he was a perfect model and I was thrilled to spend the afternoon with Bentley and his parents… ย

  • megan - I LOVE BENTLEY! ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Becky Serpe - Awwwwwwwwwwwwww my baby!!! He looks great!! Thanks for posting these April I cannot WAIT to see the rest!! yay!

  • Emily Beaty - oh how cute! i love your style. so fun. ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Christine - He is sooo adorable!! I want a black one!! ๐Ÿ™‚ Hope you have a good Friday! Love you and miss you!

  • Angela Bouler - Terrific pics! I Love the “pug mug” in the first shot; the family shot is perfection; and those endearing eyes Bentley is giving in the last shot – precious.

  • Emilee - Aw, what a cutie! ๐Ÿ˜€

  • Leslie - I have a black pug…and these are awesome!!!!!

I also loved your images of the “jug”

  • Wendy - I love the last photo and the sparkle in his eye.

  • Grace - I also love the last one! The B&W is awesome.

  • Mary - The middle shot is so cute. It’s like he’s saying, “I’m here. I own this family because I am soooo cute!”

It seems that with every new session that I do, I discover a new favorite image. One that instantly makes me smile. One that I can’t wait to share. I had a session this past weekend with an adorably sweet 4-month old Bloodhound puppy. And this is my newest FAVORITE…

Cash and his beautiful Momma. There’s something inexplicable about the way people love their pets… her smile says it all…ย

  • Stephanie - Love Love Love the first one! Such a great angle

  • Betsy Copeland - Absolutely beautiful photos!! My baby couldn’t be in a better place. I particularly love the one on the deck where he is posing for an admiring audience (Cash3) and planning mischief. (And Jill…his nails look lovely! Nice and short! LOL)
    Proud “Gramma”

  • Rachel - April I love these. The one of him and his mom is my favorite. ๐Ÿ™‚

  • maria myers - These are beautiful pictures and we have one of his sisters here in S. Jersey. He is huge compared to her!

  • claire - OH MY GOSH he’s adorable!!! look at those wrinkles!!
i love that first one too – great shot!

  • Emilee - Oh my word, he is so stinkin cute! I have this list of dog breeds I want to photograph, and Bloodhounds are high on the list! He’s adorable!

  • Sue - Bloodhound…I don’t get to see many of these babies. What a cutie!

  • Mary - I would be a complete pile of mush if I had this dog! He looks so sad and adorable at the same time. I’d spend every minute trying to make him smile!

Cody is a rock star! I had a blast during this session… this little Jug really kept me on my toes. I loved it. The one thing that was very apparent during the session is how much Jess adores Cody. How could you not? I hope that I was able to capture that connection.

I lovedย these images so much that I had a hard time narrowing them down. So here are a few more, but you have to check out his slideshow for all the fun… Click HERE!

And we all know how much I love the little details… the things that really make a pup unique. Of course this shot is one of my favorites. I love how you can just barely see the curve of where his belly ends, and I LOVE his curly pig tail…

  • Rachel - I LOVE these! Especially the one of that little curly tail.

  • Allison - WOW – these are so awesome! What a great pup and what a great location! Great job!

  • Mary - I love his tail! What great shots. My favorite thing about winter grass is the way it matches up with the fur on dogs like this. His attitude in the first shot is adorable!

  • Stephanie - Was this at Valley Forge perhaps? Old memories of the home town. I love the angle of the last picture. Sir Cody is adorable.

  • Grace - These are all AWESOME. What a great location.

  • Audrey - These are absolutely adorable!!!!!

I’m spending the holiday day off today just relaxing with my girls and the hubs. Well, the pups are doing the relaxing… I’m doing some photography work. But at least I get to do it in my jammies. And I cannot at all complain about that. So here are some snapshots of Chloe and Lucy enjoying their holiday Monday…

Chloe is a sun worshipper. She spends her days chasing this patch of sun across the living room. I love how she placed herself perfectly in a box of sunlight. How you can see the shadow of the grid of the window in this. And how her favorite toy is lit up by the light coming in the front door… stage left.ย

ย

And here is Lucy, just relaxing on her bed with me in the office. She’s such a sweet co-worker. Wild hair and all…
