I have had the pleasure of working with April on three separate occasions. After two wonderful pet sessions, I was fortunate enough to have her photograph my wedding last summer. April has an amazing gift for creating the perfect image. When friends look at our wedding photos, they are just blown away. Some of my favorite images are the ones with our Doberman Pinscher, Sophie. April understood that our dog was an important part of our special day, and she was able to capture the bond we share. April also possesses extraordinary patience. Even when Sophie was not cooperating during her pet session, April still managed to charm her with treats and squeaky toys. One of the most memorable shots features Sophie taking a big sloppy drink of water from her bowl.
