Meet my parent’s pug, Harley. He has eyes that bulge out like I’ve never seen before. Poor old guy. It has to be dangerous to have eyes that pop out like that. I often wonder how he keeps dirt and other random things from getting in them, but somehow he manages…ย

  • haley - I’ve wondered that about pugs’ eyes, too. Harley is just too darn cute! I want to smoosh his face and plop a big kiss on that nose!

Love your work- I love that “Remnants of Autumn” shot, but of course I love the dogs shots the best. ; )

I think many of us can relate to the struggles of trying to get the PERFECT holiday card. Ha. What the Duck is my favorite comic. It features photography-related humor. And it cracks me up, every. single. day…

  • Christine - Haha thats cute! Can’t wait to be home and see you tomorrow!! I love you and miss you! ๐Ÿ™‚

Get ready, because you’re about to be in for a double shot of Monster Monday… Twice the normal amount of furry fun. Can you handle it?

We had an unseasonably warm weekend so we got outside to play, and of course, take some photos. Chloemonster, enjoying the last but of sunshine…ย

And Lucy, still looking more like a stuffed animal than a real dog… =)

  • Emilee - Ah! They’re both so cute! ๐Ÿ˜€

  • Christy - Just lovely!

  • leesia - so precious! LOVE the light in the first one.

  • Leah Stafford - your dog shots are just amazing!

  • Jamie - I LOVE these shots. Gorgeous. Your furbabies are so super cute. Just want to squish them.

This was a gift from my lovely mother-in-law {thanks Rose!}. And it is presently the only Christmas decoration on display in our house. I know, we’re such scrooges…ย

  • Shelley Paulson - Now I don’t feel as bad. We just have a small tree and a santa statue for decor this year. ๐Ÿ˜€

  • Dana - well our tree is dying – so better a snowglobe with no needles all over the floor!

  • leesia - don’t worry — you’re not the only one! i never have any time to do decorations, so don’t have a single holiday item out in our entire house. plus i’m worried a tree inside the house would mess up the dogs’ housetraining!

This is an old photo, but one that I have always loved so I thought I’d share it again. It was taken last fall on the Perkiomen trail. We could all use a little piece of Autumn to get us through these chilly winter months… =)ย
