It was a cold and windy November day for this session. So cold that we jumped back in the car to warm up for a few minutes before finishing up the session. I’m thankful for clients that are willing to brave the cold and smile like they’re not freezing their bums off.

This is the second session of Austin’s Baby’s First Year Plan. When he was only a week old he was in the Collegeville studio for his newborn session with his big sister pup Quartz. And now they have a new puppy! You can see some favorites from Austin’s 7 month session below…

Six quick months have passed since his newborn session, so it was time for Ashton’s second session in his Baby’s First Year Plan. We headed back to Longwood Gardens, where we also shot their maternity session when he was still in his mama’s belly. Unquestionably my very favorite December session involved a mini-dachshund named Abbie in her holiday jammies. Does it get any cuter than a dog in PJs? The answer is no. Abbie was very tolerant for her session and allowed us to dress her up in Christmas PJs, a Santa hat and scarf, and a jingle bell collar. She’s a sweet girl with amazing ears and a killer head tilt which you’ll see evidence of below.
