Monthly Archives: May 2010 I promised myself that today would not be a tear-filled kind of day. That this year, I would focus on celebrating the most wonderful father that I could have asked for. I broke my promise within about an hour. But I guess there’s hope for next year.
 Last weekend was Sarah + Steve’s engagement session. Next weekend is their wedding! They’ve been busy recently with wedding planning, work, and a big move out of state but I’m glad we found time to get some photos in the very place that Steve proposed…
 The forecast did not look good. They were calling for thunderstorms all day long. We almost cancelled. Almost. But we took a chance and I’m so glad we did. I met Liz + Doug in Philadelphia to explore Old City, sans rain…
 Leslie + Charles met back in college at Villanova University. Next May, they will say ‘I do’ on the campus where they first met. We had a blast at the Art Museum… they got engaged nearby so it’s particularly meaningful for them (you can actually see the exact location in the slideshow below!). I was thrilled that they brought their pup Jackson along… I had seen his cute mug on Leslie’s blog before so I knew how much they adore him.  One year ago today, I photographed my first wedding. Happy Anniversary Dina + Dave! Hard to believe that it was only a year ago. But hard to believe that it has already been a year. This past year has been a whirlwind that has taken me to Florida, Jamaica, and Aruba to photograph beautiful weddings and has allowed me to work with so many amazing couples. I’m thankful every day for my clients, who allow me to do what I love and trust me to capture one of the most important days of their lives. Lucky doesn’t begin to describe it…
